CardSharing Terms of Use

CardSharing from our Servers.

Specified below a rule represent the agreement between service TV-Share.com and the User of service.

1. General provisions
1.1. Using service TV-Share.com, the User accepts conditions of the given agreement. The administration of service TV-Share.com reserves the right to itself to change the given agreement without the prior notification of the User. New conditions inure from the moment of accommodation on site TV-Share.com

2. Restriction of the responsibility
Service TV-Share.com does not bear the responsibility for:
2.1. Payments lead manually, around billing systems *
2.2. Logins of users broken any of items 3 of a part of the given license. **

3. Restriction of use
3.1. The user has no right to use given out to it service TV-Share.com a login, till the moment of its activation or after its deactivation.
3.2. The user has no right to use some tuners for one account. ***
3.3. The user has no right to use program OpenBoxShare or WSP!
3.4. The user has no right to look through simultaneously some channels (Twin receivers, DVB a card, PIP, the postponed record)
3.5. The user is obliged to be disconnected from a login (package) at which validity has ended.
3.6. The user has no right to transfer data of a server to 3rd persons

* successful it is considered payment upon termination of which you see increase in the sum of balance of your login. What to exclude probability of incorrect inquiry, take advantage of the Information.
** the User broken items 3.1-3.6 of the given license will be refused in TV-Share service without money-back.
*** if you have a need to use service for several tuners, it is necessary to register a separate login for each tuner.
**** Not used money from billing do not come back to the user.

4. Banning on Servers

We try to keep our Servers on 100% for use!

All bans any User got automatically from Server-settings! (without Admin manuals)

No money refund! (if you got ban non-used sharing time will be lost!)

Check "Unlock Banned Login" for relock!

Cascading-Ban can not be relocked! You can order New Login Only!!!

Any e-Mail, private message about bans on any Server will be ignored! (all info you've got! We don't make disputes in this cases!)

	1. Switching to non-paid port, or before service start, or after sevice end
	2. Constant re-connections (from 2 places)
	3. Switching with non-active password
	4. Constant bad ECP-packets sending
	5. Switching to server before service starting (Date Start from)
	6. Cascading (unlocking not possible!)

5. Orders Activation on our Servers

All orders goes to Servers before 17.00 CET! It means: If you made ordering after 17.00 CET your package will be removed for activation next day. So, you can switch on our service from 04.00 CET (next mornig). If we have apportunity we always do our best to activate ALL Users even if ordering heppened after 17.00 CET!

Kindly ask you after package-ordering DO NOT email us with question "Why my package not active?" We will ignore such messages and after 3times floud will simply ban this user ('coz it means he/she doesn't read our Terms of Use!)

We ignore letters with asking "to switch service quqly"! Why? Any User-ordering on our Servers can be active after SERVER-REBOOT ONLY!!! (Usually it heppen at night). So, we will not arrange any reboot for any User (to make freezes for rest of Users)!
